As an Human Resources practitioner, I loved the opportunity to be an advocate working with individuals through coaching and navigating challenges to develop into high performing leaders in the workplace. 

 

Prior to entering the HR field, I experienced the power of coaching early in my journey and loved enabling others to achieve their potential and achieve their goals by facilitating learning and education.

Through various opportunities and exposure I was able to pursue my passion in supporting individuals to unleash their full potential. 

 

I participated as an Alumni Mentor for DePaul Pilot Program exploring college, career and professional transitions. Participated in the Leadership Seminar for aspiring leaders.

​

I had the privilege to volunteer at the Chicago Women in Trades providing job readiness training and resume writing to aspiring tradeswomen. 

 

Partnered with Manufacturing Connect conducting mock interviews for high school seniors preparing for work studies in manufacturing. 

​

Most recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to lead a Leadership Development Program, coaching and mentoring associates through monthly training for our next generation of leaders. 

​

My passion in connecting individuals to opportunities based on their uniqueness and interests continued throughout the years supporting family and friends align job opportunities and showcase their skills through resume writing and job search assistance.

I am beyond grateful for these experiences that have allowed me to identify, develop talent and see individuals excel!

I am thrilled to embark in my own journey to work with our future generation and millennials to foster a network where we promote creativity to achieve their full potential. Identifying key strengths and leverage opportunities around them.
